Spokane Valley Meals On Wheels is proud to serve our community in a variety of ways to ensure that no senior goes hungry.  Getting started is as easy as making a phone call to 924-6976.  We will ask you a few questions and you can start right away!  It is that easy!

  • Are over 60 or disabled
  • Are homebound
  • Have difficulty preparing nutritious meals for yourself
  • Frozen meals for the weekend are also available

Our volunteers provide a daily check on the well-being of our meal recipients, helping to obtain timely assistance in the case of a medical emergency.  Many times, our volunteer is the only human contact the client has on a daily basis.

We ask that participants contribute what they can toward the cost of a meal, which is $3.50.  Please talk to us about you circumstances when you call to set up Meals on Wheels.  We want to be sure that your nutritional needs are being met, regardless of your ability to contribute.  View a sample menu here.

Liquid nutritional supplement are also available.  The recommended donation for a case of 24 BOOST is $15.  The recommended donation for a case of 24 CHOICE is $32.  Liquid nutrition supplements are available to anyone 60 or older who is nutritionally at risk regardless of their ability to donate toward its cost.

We operate Senior Lunch Programs throughout the greater Spokane valley.  These programs allow seniors who are not homebound to come together and enjoy a hot, nutritious meal, socialize with others, and participate in social, recreational and educational activities.

The Senior Lunch Program serves anyone 60 years of age or older.  The recommended donation for meals is $3.00 per meal.
